Clean, cozy rooms. Peaceful atmosphere and enjoyable facilities. Good breakfast included. Limited English but friendly staff. Well-maintained garden. Nice pool, sauna, and gym. Convenient location near attractions.

The hotel had a fantastic swimming pool, super jacuzzi, and nice sauna. The garden was well-maintained and perfect for relaxing after swimming. The receptionist was helpful in providing directions to the main attractions. Free parking and included towels and slippers were a plus.

I always stay at the same hotel in Karpacz. The staff helped me find a car service on my first visit. It has everything I need, like Wi-Fi, free parking, and a 24-hour reception. Perfect for my city trips.

The pillows were a bit low, but when we asked for a higher one, the reception gave us one. It would have been perfect if they had a medium-sized pillow too. The garden at the hotel was fine, so green and well cared for. The food at the restaurant, especially the Veal Medallions and Asian Stroganoff, was superb. The staff was excellent and the indoor swimming pool was a great option even if the weather wasn't good.

We had the most amazing time here! the view from the balcony was stunning, and we loved the luxurious bedding. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. We particularly enjoyed the fresh and diverse breakfast every morning. the hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful area, perfect for a romantic escape. it is still only a short walk away from the main attractions and the city center.

Nestled in a charming town, this hotel was a perfect base for our hiking adventures in the nearby mountains. the staff was welcoming and accommodating, making our stay even more delightful. the room was spacious with a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature, and the bathroom was clean and functional. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the peaceful pool area. the hotel had lovely gardens to explore and felt secluded despite being close to shops and restaurants.

I loved hearing the nearby waterfall from my balcony and enjoying the well-maintained green garden. The hotel was very clean and conveniently located just a short 15-20 minute walk to the city center. The food at the restaurant was superb, with the Veal Medallions and Asian Stroganoff being standouts. The hotel's breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. , the location was very convenient, only a short walk away from the city center and local attractions.

The pillows were not very comfortable, causing some discomfort during sleep. while the SPA had great options, the massage therapists didn't speak English, making communication difficult.
